Sian visits Perthshire, Scotland where Judi and Colin's dream home soon turned into a money pit. Sian and her team soon find out they are going to have to work into the small hours to finish the job and tensions are high.
Episode 2
Sian visits Exeter, determined to put right this DIY disaster and claw back the money the property has lost owner Chris. Sian thinks she can she can turn failing projects around in no more than fourteen days and for under £15,000.
Episode 3
Sian Astley and the team visit Eastbourne in Sussex, where a young couple are raising their toddler on a building site. She wants to give the family a comfortable home in which they can raise their growing family.
Episode 4
Sian visits a pair of newly-weds with a half built horror thanks to Claire's gung ho approach to DIY. An agent values the property at less than the couple paid for it and the remedial work adds more pressure to the schedule and the budget.
